Giving Back.
The Mirror™
A Mirror for the Mind.
Stop Self-Sabotage. Live Life Easier.
The Mirror™ began with a gap I fell into.
The gap between the emotion felt in a moment and the availability of perspective and professional help.
An emotional support app for those that need objectivity when it counts, because the moment someone needs objectivity, is rarely the moment they can access it freely.
The Mirror™ makes the patterns of a life visible.
At 2am, when you cannot sleep.
At 1pm when you need perspective in your lunch break.
At 9pm when you can't call your therapist.
It makes emotional triggers interruptible in seconds, and over time, discoverable at the source.
It logs what is repeating, addresses it in real time, and offers reflection without appointments, without bias, and without asking anyone to make themselves vulnerable in order to be met with perspective.
Across relationships, career, finances, family, health and self expression.
The Mirror™ holds the space between the feeling and the help, so support is available 24/7.
For those who need it, regardless of their circumstance.
project sovereign goddess
not all goddesses become so alone.
I am also proud to take part in Project Sovereign Goddess.
A program for women reassessing lives that no longer seem to fit, founded by Jenny Parker.
Where The Mirror™ meets a human inside a single moment, this work stays through a season of them.
Jenny brings the clarity of desire, drawing out what a woman wants to do, be and have.
I follow with the structure, and structure is where most visions fail.
I provide my services within a framework, for those who are struggling or starting from scratch.
Some arrive with a way out but no way forward.
Some with an idea but no belief in themselves to carry it.
Some with the vision clear but no-one moving them forward into it.
The work is the same either way.
Identify why she does not have it yet, then build the structure that makes it possible.
